 Evangelization Programs

Alpha f​or Catholics is helping hundreds of parishes and organizations become effective evangelizing communities. Alpha is structure, pre-catechetical introduction to the basic truths of Christianity. It is primarily designed for non-churchgoers, new or inactive Christians and faith parishioners. It is a 10-week process with an emphasis on leading people to a person relationship with Jesus Christ.

It was originally designed 20 years ago at London's Holy Trinity Anglican Church and has been offered in more than 10,000 locations in 58 countries and is now adapted for a Roman Catholic focus. It is effective with youth and young adults, and in campus and prison ministries. 


JustFaith is a process that provides a context in which participants can grow in their commitment to care for vulnerable people and become advocates for justice. During this extended formation and justice education process, groups employ books, videos, guest speakers, discussion, prayer, retreats and hands-on experiences. Participants also form a community and share a journey of faith and compassion that is life-giving and challenging. JustFaith offers various programs for different contexts.

Paulist Evangelization Ministries​

The Paulist National Catholic Evangelization Association (PNCEA) offers innovative programs and resources to advance the Church's evangelizing mission. Offerings include Disciples in Mission(r), a multi-faceted, parish-based ministry of spiritual renewal and missionary awareness that over 2 million U.S. Catholics have already experienced. Other ministries and resources include Parish Missions, Prison Ministries, and the award winning Share The Word(r), which has been helping Catholics understand the Sunday Mass readings for over 25 years. 

Awakening Faith
Helps Catholics who are inactive, alienated, or disconnected in some way to explore Catholic faith issues in a conversational setting.

Neigbors Reaching Neighbors
Was designed to give parishes the tools they need to effectively reach out to unchurched in their parish community.

designed to allow parishes to welcome seekers outside of the normal RCIA process.

Called & Gifted

The Called Gifted by the Catherine of​ Siena Institute is a three part discernment process. All three parts of the process are necessary to determine where people are gifted. Part one is the Called and Gifted workshop, this workshop lays the foundation for the beginning of discernment. Part two is the One Hour Gifts interview. Part three is discernment in depth. The process is meant to identify ways to learn about oneself, to discern the gifts so that they can bear fruit in the communities.

Catholics Come Home​

Catholics Come Home, Inc. is an independent, non-profit Catholic apostolate that creates effective and compassionate media messages and broadcasts them nationally and internationally, in order to inspire, educate and evangelize inactive Catholics and others, and invite them to live a deeper faith in Jesus Christ, in accord with the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church.

It features many online video and audio resources as well as print material for parish campaigns. 


CaFE—Catholic Faith Exploration—is a flexible process for the parish designed to create discipleship, community, and evangelization. Through using the modern media of videos, CaFE helps Catholics get more enthusiastic about their faith. Small faith-sharing groups are formed and Catholics are empowered to make more of a difference in the world around them. CaFE is a practical response to the challenge of the Pope’s call for a New Evangelization. The program is based from the Diocese of Westminster, England, and is currently active in the United Kingdon, Australia, and South Africa. 

RENEW International

RENEW International fosters spiritual renewal in the Catholic tradition by empowering individuals and communities to encounter God in everyday life, deepen and share faith, and connect faith with action. RENEW RENEW International has over a 30-year record in revitalizing parish life in more than 150 dioceses in the United States, touching the lives of 25 million people through its ministry services. RENEW International has also reached many thousands outside the United States, having served people in 23 countries, across six continents and in 44 languages and dialects. Why Catholic? is a parish-based process of adult faith formation and evangelization. Participants tour through sacred scripture and The Catechism of the Catholic Church, allowing them to grow in understanding of their faith, and have the confidence to share their faith with others. [read more

RENEW Theology on Tap is the most successful outreach to Catholic young adults. It promotes the spiritualgrowth of young adults in their 20s and 30s and helps them discover how faith can give sense to their everyday lives. [read more]

Our Catholic Life

A program based on the four parts of the Catechism of the Catholic Church by 23rd Publications. This engaging summary of the main themes of the Catechism helps adults understand their faith through the lens of modern life and their own experiences. The seven books break open the Catechism’s main themes—the Mystery of God, Christology, Christian Anthropology, Ecclesiology, Sacraments, Commandments, and Liturgy and Prayer. Each includes directions for facilitators. A comprehensive Leader’s Guide is available on the website.


Landings was designed and developed with an awareness of the very real demands and pressures on present day parish leadership. It is a proven Paulist program specifically designed to welcome those who wish to investigate returning. Landings will evangelize active Catholics who help in the welcoming and can operate in any parish of any size.

Catholic Radio Association​

The Catholic Radio Association (CRA) is committed to spreading the Catholic Faith through the medium of Catholic radio. The mission of the CRA is to help draw people to Jesus Christ and his holy Church through expediting the establishment of, guiding the operation of, and offering critical services to Catholic radio stations. The Catholic Radio Association seeks to bring together Catholic radio apostolates, program providers, and the hierarchy of the Catholic Church in order that this means of social communication be used effectively and in obedience to the decrees of the Second Vatican Council and the Magisterium of the Church, especially as expressed in the words of Pope John Paul II.

The Center For Eucharistic Evangelizing

The Center for Eucharistic Evangelizing (C.E.E.) is a Roman Catholic ministry office of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament (S.S.S.) located in Cleveland, Ohio. The C.E.E. has as its mission the creation and promotion of adult education programs and resources that assist Catholic adults in deepening their understanding and appreciation of the fullness of the Eucharistic Mystery. 

CHRISTLIFE Catholic Evangelization Services (Discovering Christ)​​


ife is an apostolate of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Maryland and is best known for its program 'Discovering Christ', a seven-week experience that invites you to hear the Good News and personally encounter Jesus Christ. The goal of Christlife is to help people to know personally the love of God in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Its mission is to equip the Church for the essential work of evangelization. It is responding in practical ways to the call of the Pope John Paul to the new evangelization and mission to the nations. The Christlife mission series includes Discover, Follow and Share.

Cultivation Ministries (Youth Ministry)

CM provides peer ministry training for students, customized retreats and seminars for students or adult leaders, youth ministry consulting, extensive youth ministry training and planning manuals and a complete two year training/consultation package for parishes to refocus or launch an effective youth program based on the Cultivation strategy. CM works with parishes, dioceses and national organizations.​ 

International Catholic Program of Evangelization​

ICPE is dedicated to the formation and training of Catholics so that they may become more effective evangelists. Through evangelization, discipleship, community building and mercy work, the ICPE pursues its purposes of training, formation, serving the Church and affecting the world for Christ.

National Evangelization Teams (Youth Ministry)

NET Ministries challenges young Catholics to love Christ and embrace the life of the Church. Every August, 150 young Catholics aged 18-28 leave behind their jobs, school, family, and friends to devote nine months to serving with the National Evangelization Teams (NET). Divided into 14 teams, they travel across the U.S. for nine months to share the Gospel with young people and their families. Since 1981, NET teams have led over 29,000 retreats and ministered to more than 1.7 million young Catholics.

North American Forum for Small C​​hristian Communities​

NAFSCC is made up of representatives of Catholic Dioceses of the United States and Canada,who are committed to the vision of Small Christian Community as a style of parish life. Founded in 1984, NAFSCC builds on mutual experience of Small Christian Community, which cultivates the communal values rooted in the early church. Gathering and listening to the collective voice of the North American experience of Small Christian Communities, NAFSCCjoins other organizations that promote SCC on a joint task force.

Crossing the Goal

Crossing the Goal is a non-profit ministry whose mission is to call, equip and empower Catholic men to become and stay spiritually fit in their faith through the utilization of Spiritual Fitness Workouts. Crossing the Goal is centered on Spiritual Fitness Workouts with formats based on professional football best practices and utilizing mobile technology to energize a man’s faith and help him live a spirit-filled life as Jesus intended. Participation in Spiritual Fitness Workout teams serves to train and strengthen men inwardly, thus enabling them to become Godly individuals who will make a positive difference in their homes, parishes, workplaces and communities.

Light of the World Evangelization Process

​Light of the World Evangelization Ministries ​brings a comprehensive plan for evangelization and renewal to a parish -- beginning and based on the Light of the World Retreat. The process extends into all the areas of a parish and hopes to transform it into an evangelizing parish.

Christ Renews His Parish is a personal and parish spiritual renewal process by Dynamic Catholic. As Catholics, we are called to witness to one another the amazing things God as done for us. The CRHP process allows us to do just that—take a break from our busy lives, share our faith with others, and get to know God through his works.
